Q: How do I place an order?
A: Just browse our online store, add your chosen items to cart, and proceed to checkout.
You'll be asked for your shipping/delivery address or if you would like to collect from our store, and to choose your payment method.
Then confirm your order.
Q: Can I order in the shop instead of online?
A: Yes! You're more than welcome to pop in our physical shop and say hi. You can browse items and pay in-store. If something is not in stock, you can order it online for delivery or collection. We announce new stock and restocks on Instagram so make sure you're following so you can keep up to date.
Q: What if something I want is out of stock?
A: If an item is out of stock, you can sign up (on the product page, or by contacting us) to be notified when we restock. We aim to refresh popular items frequently. If there’s long lead time, we’ll let you know estimated dates.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship anywhere within the UK. We currently don't ship outside the UK but this is something we are looking to do in the future.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping starts at £2.50 for local delivery and £5.00 for Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Orders over £50 have free delivery.
